What are the different social media profiles you provide services for?

The main four social sites that we work with are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. However, our team also serves client needs on Youtube, Pinterest, Trip Advisor and Google My Business. We are happy to help with any of the above services as each business has unique needs.

How will Buzz Bee create content that fits my business?

We create content with industry specific best practices in mind as well as take note of how you have branded your services, products, and website in order to create a consistent digital presence. In the strategy we develop for you, it will specify the content approach that we will use for your business. If you approve this approach, we will start developing custom content. You will have an opportunity to review all content in advance before it is published to your social media pages. Our team’s main focus is to create interesting, engaging copy and visuals that will inspire your audience to take action.

Will I need to provide photo or video content or can you handle everything?

No, you are not required to provide us with content. However, if you have content, or a style guide we are happy to use it. We will create unique content that fits your brand. We have access to high-quality stock photography, design software, and video making capabilities. We can use this to develop content to engage and grow your audience.

Will I tell you what to post or will you come up with it?

When a client first signs on for social media services, we sit down with them to go over opportunities and goals. Once we understand the client’s business and have had time to research industry standards, we will outline a proposed posting schedule that will be reviewed by the client. Once the client approves, we will handle the rest! Each month, we touch base with our clients to make adjustments and additions to the social posting plan.

How will you grow my followers?

We can grow your followers using both organic and paid approaches. Organically, we can implement multiple techniques without the need for an advertising budget such as following, liking and commenting on posts made by consumers and brands in your industry. When using a paid approach, you will need an advertising budget.

How will I know if my posts are accomplishing my goals?

We send quarterly detailed metrics to outline accomplishments and numbers as well as suggestions on realigning strategy in future posts if needed.

Do you monitor the pages for comments, messages, and reviews?

Yes! Think of us as your remote customer service team. As we learn more about your business and products, we will become an expert source who can quickly and accurately respond to questions about your products. We will be monitoring the pages for comments, messages, and reviews; If we know the answer to the question or comment, we will respond accordingly, and  If we do not know the answer, we will direct the question to you and notify you via phone or email.

Should I consider doing paid advertisements?
